Punam
Punam
The first time we met Punam, we saw a young man in the street with an obviously fresh cast on his left hand. We commiserated with him. Later, I saw a signboard shop and called out “Hajur, hajur” (excuse me in Nepali), and Punam comes up. He had hurt his hand while falling off a ladder while painting a signboard. I gave him 4 signs to paint, asking if he could still do it with his bad hand. He assured me it was not a problem. His fresh style and characterization of the Dogs make him one of my favorites. His Dogs could star in a Disney movie!
