Shree lives and works in the downtown area of Pokhara with his wife and family.   He paints his dogs in elysian fields.   He paints self-portraits and portraits of his family.   The first time we met he eagerly showed me his portfolio.   He even had a Danger Dog already painted and available on the wall. 

In May, I learned that he was leaving his family for a 3-year contract in South Korea.   He was philosophical about the impending separation from his family.   He will be able to give them a better life albeit without him.   Update!   Shree is no longer going to South Korea.   He is disappointed but I’ll just have to give him more work!
